We’re creating a Seating Chart community where teachers can compare classroom ideas, ask questions, help one another, and share feedback directly with the people building the app.
Why a community?
No two classrooms work exactly the same way.
Different teachers arrange rooms differently, manage participation differently, and develop their own routines. Some of the most useful Seating Chart ideas won’t come from documentation—they’ll come from teachers showing one another what works.

The Seating Chart community is also intended to be a place where the developer can listen to teachers using the app in real classrooms. Questions, frustrations, workarounds, and feature ideas can all reveal ways to make the product better.
That doesn’t mean every request will become a feature. It does mean good ideas will be heard and considered.

Share the idea, not the student information.
Teachers should not post identifiable student information in the Seating Chart community. Before sharing screenshots or examples, remove or obscure student names, photos, rosters, notes, or other information that could identify a student.

Teachers answering teachers is one of the main reasons the community exists.
